Every morning, we check the weather outside.
Is it sunny today? Cloudy? Will it rain?

But how often do we check the weather within?

The mind, too, has its own weather.
Sometimes it’s a little overcast —
A few lingering memories, a silent worry, something left unsaid.
And sometimes, it’s clear —
Like a mountain sky after the storm has passed.

The strange part is:
We accept the weather outside.
“It’s raining? Let me carry an umbrella.”
But we often resist the weather inside.
“Why am I feeling low?”
“Why this sudden irritation?”
“Why do I feel nothing at all?”

In trying to control our inner weather,
we create more storms than there were to begin with.

What if we simply observed the mind — like we observe the sky?
Not with judgment,
but with quiet curiosity.

Cloudy minds pass.
Just like dark skies do.

The more we resist, the longer they stay.
The more we watch, the more they move on — gently, without force.

The art of living is not in fixing the weather,
but in learning to sit beside it —
and watching it change.

Today’s Reflection:
Don’t ask “Why am I like this today?”
Ask instead — “Can I stay with it for a while, without running away?”

Because sometimes, even a cloudy sky has a message.

There is no role here. No title. Only a mind quietly observing — not seeking to become, but simply seeing what is. Sometimes, words arise. Sometimes, silence is enough.
